We bring you “Effervescing Elephant” in collaboration with Asian Elephant Art & Conservation Project, a non-profit group from New York, NY. AEACP raises money for elephant conservation in Southeast Asia by selling artwork painted by elephants. Our label depicts a painting by Boon Rod, an eleven year old male elephant from Thailand. Ten percent of sales of this wine benefit AERACP and their conservation efforts. You can enjoy some great bubbles and help out elephants at the same time.
A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 30% Chardonnay, made Méthode Champenois. This straw colored wine begins with an aroma of biscuit and fresh baked bread, followed by a formidable fruit structure and body, and completed by fine bubbles.
“Effervescing Elephant II” Brut Sparkling Wine wins Double Gold in 2013 San Francisco Chronicel Wine Competition! We are humbled by this amazing accolade which designates our flagship wine as one of the best sparkling wines in the country.
