  • Our Syrah comes from Burgess Vineyard in Pasco and Elephant Mountain Vineyard in Zillah and spent 22 months in used French oak Barrels. Cofermented with 3% Viognier. Aromas of smoke and barbecue give way to a long and sleek palate of dark fruits including stewed plums, blueberries, and pomegranate.

Tasting Notes
  • The cool fall of 2010 created an elegant and balanced wine that opens with a big cherry nose and a hint of spice. Allspice, nutmeg, coffee, vanilla, and subtle pipe tobacco notes appear on the mid-palate. The nice acidity and bright fruit graduates with a long clean finish characteristic of Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 45 months in French oak barrels.

Enjoy our inaugural artist series sparkling wine release. We bring you “Effervescing Elephant” in collaboration with Asian Elephant Art & Conservation Project, a non-profit group from New York, NY. AEACP raises money for elephant conservation in Southeast Asia by selling artwork painted by elephants. Our label depicts a painting by Boon Rod, an 11-year old male elephant from Thailand. Ten percent of sales of this wine benefit AERACP and their conservation efforts. You can enjoy some great bubbles and help out elephants at the same time.
