    Blend 40% Pinot Noir
    30% Pinot Meunier
    30% Chardonnay
    Made Méthode Champenois

Tasting Notes This straw colored wine begins with an aroma of biscuit and fresh baked bread, followed by a formidable fruit structure and body, and completed by fine bubbles.

Enjoy our inaugural artist series sparkling wine release. We bring you “Effervescing Elephant” in collaboration with Asian Elephant Art & Conservation Project, a non-profit group from New York, NY. AEACP raises money for elephant conservation in Southeast Asia by selling artwork painted by elephants. Our label depicts a painting by Boon Rod, an eleven year old male elephant from Thailand. Ten percent of sales of this wine benefit AERACP and their conservation efforts. You can enjoy some great bubbles and help out elephants at the same time.
